The men’s restroom at the Ventura Community Park on Kimball Road has been vandalized four times in the last month, according to a joint statement from the City of Ventura and the Ventura Police Department.
The most recent act of vandalism caused “significant damage,” the city said.
The City of Ventura’s Parks and Recreation department is working with police in an effort to catch those responsible.
“These repeated acts of vandalism aren’t just frustrating, they cost thousands in taxpayer dollars to repair and take staff time away from maintaining and improving other areas of our parks,” the city said…
