(KRON) — A driver who was stopped in Windsor for speeding and was found to be under the influence of alcohol had four preteens in the car with her, according to authorities.
Erica Castellanos Magana was pulled over in the area of Windsor Road and Windsor River Road around 11 p.m. on May 30 after an officer clocked her traveling at 47 mph in a 30-mph zone, the Windsor Police Department said.
“The deputy initiated a traffic stop and, during contact with the driver, observed signs consistent with alcohol impairment, including bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech, and the odor of an alcoholic beverage,” police wrote. “The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages earlier in the day.”…
