A passenger in an SUV that was involved in a collision on U.S. Highway 101 in Petaluma Saturday suffered serious injuries and was in critical condition on Sunday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The SUV’s driver, a 19-year-old Petaluma woman, was accused of being under the influence of alcohol when the wreck occurred and she was arrested.
