A person was killed in the parking lot of a Napa casino on Tuesday just after midnight after police said a driver deliberately struck them with their vehicle after an argument.
Police found Napa resident Cody Johnson, 33, in the parking lot of the Ace & Vine casino on Lincoln Avenue with severe injuries, and he was later pronounced dead at the Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Officials identified the suspect as Reginald Davis Jr., 24, and took him into custody without incident at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Napa police detectives and the Special Investigations Bureau found Davis at his home in Suisun City.
