Four young people were arrested earlier this week after five teens allegedly surrounded two other teens and robbed them at knifepoint in Santa Rosa, police said.
Santa Rosa officers responded around 3:26 p.m. Wednesday to the 6900 block of Montecito Boulevard after receiving a report of a robbery involving a knife. The two victims, both teenage boys, told officers they were walking toward the library when they were approached by five male teenagers.
