A 32-year-old Santa Rosa man was arrested Monday morning after leading law enforcement on a vehicle pursuit in an allegedly stolen pickup truck through the Town of Windsor and along Highway 101, police said.
Penrotana Yath was taken into custody without incident after deputies used a tire deflation device to stop the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
