Angel Espinoza, 42, of Santa Rosa, was arrested after he failed to stop for a deputy around 12:45 a.m. on Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park due to driving a vehicle with suspended registration and no headlights. The suspect then took off, sparking a high-speed pursuit that spanned across several jurisdictions and endangering countless lives.
