In Santa Rosa this past Friday, a routine traffic stop turned into a gun arrest when police uncovered a loaded firearm in the possession of a vehicle’s passenger. At around 9:41 pm, Santa Rosa Police officers observed a silver sedan committing traffic infractions on West 9th St and Saracen Rd, prompting them to make an enforcement stop, authorities stated.
