A Santa Rosa man’s Valentine’s Day was anything but sweet after Sebastopol cops slapped cuffs on him, connecting the 41-year-old to a six-month-old heist of a Sebastopol business. The suspect found himself in hot water over the alleged theft of a jewelry store’s bounty last summer, with the law knocking on his door with a search warrant this past Wednesday, according to a statement from the Sebastopol Police Department.
