Brad Dacus, an attorney and civil liberties expert committed to faith, justice, and protecting parental rights and religious freedom, will speak at the Novato Republican Women luncheon on May 21, 2024. Brad is the President and Founder of Pacific Justice Institute (PJI), a legal, non-profit whose mission is to defend – without charge – the religious freedoms, parental rights, and other civil liberties of people who cannot defend themselves.
