Proposed Roseland Park Gets Environmental Impact Study Approved

The proposed Roseland Creek Community Park has cleared another hurdle. On Tuesday, the Santa Rosa City Council approved the park’s environmental impact study. However, the park may face legal challenges from community members who want the 20-acre wooded expanse to remain as is. On top of that, funding is also an issue for Santa Rosa as it could cost up to $12 million to install park amenities.
