Woman slain in Napa identified as mother of 3

(KRON) — Family members are mourning the deaths of a Napa mother and Bay Area attorney. Georgina “Gina” Padilla, 38, and Ralph Andino III were shot to death last week outside Padilla’s Napa home on Lincoln Avenue, police said.

Padilla, 38, was a mother of three daughters, according to a verified GoFundMe page . Andino, 54, of American Canyon, reportedly worked as Padilla’s attorney. Both victims died at the shooting scene on September 26.

“We extend our condolences to the family and loved ones of Georgina and Ralph. This tragic loss
not only impacts those closest to them but also reverberates throughout our community,” the Napa Police Department wrote.

About four hours after the homicides, police officers spotted the suspected killer, Baltazar Rangel Juarez, driving on 2nd Street. “The suspect disregarded the emergency lights and siren and instead fled from multiple officers, eventually driving his vehicle into Kennedy Park, where it became disabled,” the police department wrote.
