A former Windsor resident is facing 150 counts of forcible lewd acts on a child. Richard Leslie Ward the Second, who was arrested in Idaho in mid-August, is accused of molesting two family members. Prosecutors say he molested one of the victims on a nightly basis. The 66-year-old appeared in Sonoma County Superior Court last week and is due back in court this coming Thursday. Criminal protective orders are in place for both alleged victims.
