The City of Cotati is changing course and officially opposing Measure J. After voting in August to remain neutral on the measure that phase out Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations, the Cotati City council revisited the issue last night voted 4-1 to oppose the measure. They join Sonoma, Sebastopol, Cloverdale, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, Petaluma and Santa Rosa, all of which who have formally opposed the measure.
