A Fire Weather Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service for a majority of the Bay Area, including ALL of Santa Rosa and most of Sonoma County, from Thursday 11 AM until Saturday at 8 PM. During this time period, Northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph, and gusts up to 50 mph across ridgetops are forecasted. Humidity as low as 15 percent during the day and less than 40 percent overnight is also expected.
