“Napa, CA – On October 28th , at approximately 11:25 AM, Napa Police Officers located a vehicle that was wanted in connection to an attempted robbery in Contra Costa County (Lafayette Police Department.) Officers conducted a high-risk vehicle stop on the vehicle near the intersection of Solano Avenue and W. Lincoln Avenue. The 3 occupants, Jefferson Cadena-Barragan, Rogelber Vargas-Hernandez and Kevin Cuestas Vargas were detained. While Officers were on scene of the vehicle stop, Napa Dispatch advised of a theft that had just occurred at Wells Fargo Bank, 3255 Jefferson Street.
