After 10 years of owning Pat’s International restaurant, David Blomster is selling the business. Located in the heart of Guerneville, the iconic 2,209-square-foot café is for sale for $1.5 million. As Blomster looks for the right person to take over, his real estate broker, Joseph Ivan Jr., said the restaurant is still serving customers.
