(KRON) — The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety announced that the situation near Bell Rohnert Park was resolved Saturday night after earlier advising residents to avoid the area due to police activity.

An alert was issued at 8:06 p.m. and rescinded less than 30 minutes later.
Officials had initially asked residents near 580 Rohnert Park Expressway to shelter in place until the situation was under control.
Authorities confirmed the incident ended without any arrests or injuries and assured the public that there is no danger to the community.
