What do the new rules affect?

Under the city of Napa’s new regulations, larger vehicles — such as RVs, buses and trailers — can no longer park in the same location on city streets for more than four consecutive hours. These vehicles, defined as exceeding 20 feet in length, 85 inches in width or 85 inches in height, are now subject to stricter oversight.
