SANTA ROSA, California — Seven individuals linked to an organized crime group were arrested following a burglary in Windsor, according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office. The suspects, part of a South American Theft Group, were apprehended after a search warrant was executed in Santa Rosa.On January 31, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Sonoma County Sheriff’s dispatch received reports of a burglary in progress at a home in the 500 block of Chablis Drive, Windsor.
