Chef Behind Winnie’s Debuting New Concept in Healdsburg

According to SF Eater, the chef behind Winnie’s — a seafood restaurant that prioritizes sustainability — is preparing to debut a new concept in Healdsburg.

Coming to 333 Healdsburg Avenue, taking over a space formerly home to both Molti Amici and Campo Fina, Bistro Lagniappe will land near establishments such as Brew Coffee and Bar House, Haku Sushi, and Kalimera Bar & Grill.

“We’re trying to be aware of what it means to be a part of this community and be in Sonoma County,” Chef Jacob Harth tells the Journal. He adds, “This restaurant really starts with our local community, and we’re making it an experience that’s for the locals.”…
