Bodega Bay fishermen brace for next wave of uncertainty

In Bodega Bay, the winds of uncertainty are picking up once again, and this time, it’s not the weather. Commercial fishermen in the small coastal community are facing yet another blow: the imminent closure of the only gas station.

The Bodega Bay 76 station, long operated by the Renner family, is expected to close this summer. For fishermen who rely on diesel to run their vessels and fuel up at odd hours, the loss of this access point hits hard.
