Launching July 1, Garden and Glass offers guests a rare behind-the-scenes look at the estate’s farm-to-table philosophy. The evening begins with a glass of wine and a nod to history: a story of the Napa Valley Cooking Class once hosted by matriarch Janet Trefethen, and where icons such as Thomas Keller and Wolfgang Puck once taught, long before they were household names…
