Boy falls from roof during Sonoma County fireworks show

(KRON) — A boy in Windsor was rescued from the roof of a high school after falling approximately 15 feet during Thursday night’s “Kaboom” fireworks show, according to the Sonoma County Fire District.

A crew of six firefighters and one battalion chief responded to Windsor High School at 10:07 p.m. on the report of a boy who fell from a second-story roof to a first-story roof, officials said. Firefighters used a ladder and a basket to rescue the boy from the roof.
