An extended public nuisance dispute in Novato has come to a head, and the property owner says he will likely move out.
The dispute involves Paolo Franzi, the proprietor of Franzi Deconstruction and Demolition. He lives at 500 Canyon Road, a 15-acre property southwest of downtown and near the city limit.
