Caltrans is rolling out lane closures on State Route 37 to give the roadway some TLC. Stretches of SR-37 will be periodically shut down to one lane from July 7 through July 11 to install guardrails and freshen up the road markings, according to Caltrans.
For those hugging the coast on the Westbound side, from Atherton Avenue to the Petaluma River Bridge, prepare for closures from 9 AM to 4 PM. Come Monday morning, you’ll also want to watch out for eastbound lane shutdowns. These are slated from 7 AM to 1 PM and will span from US-101 to the Petaluma River Bridge.
