From towers and columns to doorways and bridges, these universal architectural elements embody resilience, strength and leadership, inspiring all — especially the kids enrolled in Marin County’s “Design Thinking Through Art and Architecture” program.
On Wednesday, the nonprofit arts education agency Youth in Arts opened the annual program to the public at the YIA Gallery & Art Lab in Downtown San Rafael.
