(KRON) – An argument spiraled into a shooting near a Santa Rosa apartment, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
Santa Rosa police responded to a shooting near an apartment in the 2000 block of Pioneer Way at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday. Authorities were informed that an argument escalated into a person shooting.
Arriving officers located the suspect, who was identified as 38-year-old Santa Rosa resident, Cesar Pacheco.
