What’s Happening?
Sonoma Raceway provided chaos, but not much suspense. Drivers slipped, slid, and shoved their way through one of the slickest road course races in recent memory. Incidents stacked up from the drop of the green as drivers overdrove corners and paid the price. But despite the action throughout the field, the outcome never felt in doubt as Shane van Gisbergen took control early and never looked back.
