North Bay unemployment rates rise in June after falling for four consecutive months

Unemployment rates across the North Bay rose in June after four straight months of lower rates, according to state figures released Friday.

California’s month-over-month rate was 5.4%, a slight increase from 5.3% in May, according to the state Employment Development Department.
