A man was killed and another suffered major injuries Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle head-on crash in Napa County, east of Napa.
At approximately 5:40 a.m., 35-year-old Abel Antonio Fuentes de la Torre, from Napa, was driving a 2016 Honda Civic north on Silverado Trail, between Trancas St. and Hardman Ave.
