Brittany had already established herself as one to watch for quick elapsed times and speeds in 2024, firmly holding the national elapsed time record at 3.623-seconds for the category, a mark she set in 2019.
But the speed record was also in her sights, and she started down the path of crushing that record in 2025. She reset the national speed record for the first time this year in Concord, North Carolina during the 4-Wide Nationals at zMax Dragway, with a 341.59 mph blast during nighttime qualifying.
