A person died in a head-on crash that blocked a main road in Santa Rosa for hours over the weekend, authorities said.
Officers responded to the 2800 block of Corby Avenue for a report of a three-vehicle crash just before 3:15 p.m. Saturday, the Santa Rosa Police Department said. The driver of a red Honda was pronounced dead at the scene, and the drivers of two other vehicles involved were uninjured, officials said. Their identities were not released.
Investigators said the driver of a white Lexus was traveling north on Corby Avenue when it approached a stopped red Toyota that was preparing to turn left into a Toyota dealership.
