Marin County supervisors have stated their intent to purchase a building at 30 N. San Pedro Road in San Rafael to get more office space across the street from the Civic Center.
If the county follows through with the purchase, it will pay $8.4 million for the building, according to a resolution approved by supervisors last month. That price would be equivalent to nearly $343 a square foot.
