‘Too much time has passed’: Parents of vanished 15-year-old Santa Rosa girl make urgent plea

(KRON) — “Moments like this are never easy for parents.”

The parents of a 15-year-old girl who vanished after being dropped off at a Santa Rosa junior college more than a week ago are making an urgent plea for information after various reported sightings of the teenager in the Bay Area. There is an active police report.

The Santa Rosa Police Department said Joyce Kristin Albino was last seen by her dad at 11 a.m. on July 22 when he dropped her off at the Santa Rosa Junior College Petaluma campus. When he returned to the campus at 1 p.m. to pick her up, he was informed that she had “left class halfway through, leaving behind her personal property,” according to police…
