The Santa Rosa Police Department’s initiative to tackle cold cases through social media has become a beacon of hope for families of missing adults, with the department’s latest campaign poised to delve into unresolved disappearances. Launched in January of 2024, the SRPD’s campaign, “Missing Person Monday,” has highlighted 30 cases spanning from 1984 to the outset of the program and has remarkably traced 5 missing adults, including one who had been missing since 2005.
