A Santa Rosa man was charged with the murder of his 94-year-old father-in-law, the Sonoma Sheriff’s office said Saturday.
Khanh Trong Tran, 71, reported on Aug. 11 that his father-in-law Sy Van Nguyen was unresponsive. Authorities responded to the 5800 block of River Road in Santa Rosa and pronounced Nguyen deceased.
