(KRON) — A man was shot in Napa Wednesday, and an unknown shooter remains at large, according to the Napa Police Department.
The shooting happened near the intersection of Freeway Drive and Pine Street around 8:18 p.m. Officers responded and found a man suffering from a serious but non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The man was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition, police said.

No arrests were made in connection to the shooting. Detectives have not identified a suspect in the case.
“The suspect in this case has not been identified or located,” Napa PD said. “This appears to be an isolated incident and there is no apparent on-going threat to the public. The motive for the shooting is under investigation.”
