A women’s fashion and gift store that has operated at The Barlow complex in Sebastopol for nearly a decade has changed ownership.
Alice Briggs, founder of Rust Boutique, has sold her business to local entrepreneurs Hayley Johnson and Tishia Merlo, according to an Aug. 15 announcement. The store officially changed hands Aug. 6.
