Two North Bay men were indicted this week for alleged drug dealing and firearms crimes, federal prosecutors said.
On Thursday, Napa resident Cruz Tinajero, 25, and Stockton resident Ashan Naeem, 24, were charged with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, distribution of fentanyl, and being in possession of a firearm without a serial number, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California said.
Between April and November 2024, both men allegedly conspired to distribute at least 400 grams of fentanyl, prosecutors said. Tinajero and Naeem are also accused of possessing a semi-automatic AR-15 style rifle manufactured without a serial number…
