In the pre-dawn quiet of Windsor, California, a vehicle theft spiraled into a series of events, including a high-speed pursuit and a string of residential burglaries. According to a social media post by the Town of Windsor Police Department, the incident began in the 9000 block of Wallace Way at about 2:25 AM on Sunday.
