NOVATO,CA — An unemployed resident of Novato, Anthony R. Pacheco, 38, was arrested in connection with an assault that happened on September 3. Pacheco was booked into Marin County Jail, where he remains in custody in lieu of $50,000 bond.
A man and woman were observed fighting that night in Novato, near the intersection of Alameda del Prado and Ignacio Boulevard. A witness intervened at approximately 9 p.m., on behalf of the woman. Then the witness ended up getting into a fight with the suspect…
