Ah Huevo: Imagine brunch as a party

Imagine walking into Santa Rosa Plaza and finding brunch turned into a full-blown fiesta. Ten days after opening, Ah Huevo! was already drawing lines like a farmers market Saturday. The new café hums with music, chatter and clinking glassware while servers hustle out plates of pancakes, waffles, Benedicts and a steaming breakfast molcajete that could feed a small army.

Chilaquiles, molcajetes and more

The menu is built for choice. There are 12 kinds of chilaquiles, each with its own toppings and sauces. The morning molcajete is the crowd-pleaser — a stone bowl stacked with steak, sausage, bacon, eggs, sour cream and both red and green chilaquiles.
