(KRON) – A Sonoma County townlet is being recognized again for its food scene. Newsweek has cited Healdsburg as the second-best small city for foodies.
The fascinating town with fewer than 12,000 residents has the advantage of being in Wine Country. With dozens of wineries, Newsweek says,” Visitors can meander around its charming plaza and downtown on a tasting tour, pausing for bites and sips at places like Costeaux French Bakery, Spoonbar and Bravas.”
Newsweek highly regarded the star Michelin Guide eatery SingleThread, which ranked as one of the best restaurants in the world this year. Healdsburg bakery Quail and Condor cracked the New York Times’ best bakery list.
