NAPA COUNTY, Calif. — Six Stockton farmworkers were killed in a suspected DUI crash in Napa County earlier this month, and one of the only survivors is still recovering in the hospital.
Marbin Santiz Ruiz, who survived the September 7 crash near Pope Valley Road, spoke by phone Tuesday with ABC10. He said he was able to walk around the night before but felt exhausted. He remains at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.
