Last night, the Napa Police Department officers, on a routine patrol, found more than just quiet streets in the 900 block of Juarez Street. Upon contacting two individuals in a parked vehicle, they observed a baggie with a white substance in plain view, leading to arrests and seizure of narcotics and a firearm. A social media post released by the department reveals that the substance was later identified as fentanyl.
