The Central Park Athletics (CPA) is hosting the Provincial Golden Gloves Tournament in Windsor, following last year’s successful event that boosted local boxing interest. The event features 58 bouts and draws over 250 fighters from ages 11 to 40, significantly increasing participation this year. Roz Canty, a standout from last year’s tournament and current U23 champion, returns to compete again and celebrates the opportunity to fight at home with friends and family. With dual rings now set up to accommodate the larger crowd, CPA aims to solidify Windsor’s reputation as a boxing destination.
