(KRON) — The California Highway Patrol caught a Porsche driver going nearly double the speed limit in Sonoma County. An officer caught a Porsche speeding as fast as 104 mph on Valley Ford Road, CHP announced over the weekend.
The citation was issued on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 4:10 p.m., according to CHP. The Porsche was going more than 100 mph in a zone where the speed limit is 55 mph.
There was no crash or injuries reported as a result of the speeding. Valley Ford Road is located in Sonoma County, about 10 miles west of Rohnert Park.
