Local Residents Invited to Share Feedback on Highway 37 Improvements and Toll Plans

In October 2025, the Resilient State Route 37 Program partnership launched an online survey for travelers who use Highway 37. The highway is a 21-mile route connecting Solano, Napa, Sonoma, and Marin counties in the Bay Area. The partnership includes the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), Caltrans, local transportation agencies, SMART, tribal governments, and state and federal resource agencies.

The survey seeks information about travel patterns, awareness of planned improvements, and knowledge of toll systems such as FasTrak. Highway 37 often experiences congestion and seasonal flooding.
