Petaluma police said they arrested a Mendocino County man with several felony warrants and recovered a ghost gun and narcotics after a car chase and crash.
An officer tried to stop a vehicle for traffic violations around southbound Highway 101 south of Kastania Road at 11:50 p.m. Thursday, according to the Petaluma Police Department.
